Ship-to party XXX can not be used (log) Message No. VP204 - IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS
Hi all,
While I try to create an inbound Idoc to create a Sales Order using ORDERS05 & IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS,
I got an Status 51 with the following error message:
Ship-to party XXXXXX can not be used (log) Message No. VP204
I was able to create a SO for this ship-to party through VA01 with no issues. But I cant make the Idoc work.
Any suggestion on what can it be?
I want to remark that I was able to create the SO via VA01, I only got the issue when its by Idoc processing.

Thanks for your quick way of doing it in universe with screenshot.. I liked it..I have doubt on Month Year Object because i donot have any date object.Moreover i have no access to universe currently.
Requested for access not sure will i get but really iam looking to achieve this in webi. I have 1L of data volume. My posted above screenshot is what iam trying now but some reasons i get an below error while scheduling..
Infact i have only Fiscal Year Text and Key, Fiscal Month Text and Key, Fiscal Quarter Text and Key in the webi avaiable objects list with the above Multiple List selection prompts as Fiscal Year Key, Fiscal Month Key, Fiscal Quarter Key.

I am as a SAP developer when I start the program, I can save the data in A304 or A938 and my changes in VK13 sehen.Aber when another consultant starts the program via SE38 can not see any changes in VK13.
The administrator said that we have two SAP_ALL ProFill.
Can someone help me, how can I solve the problem.

I have tried with both tools on the BI Platform. If I perform Smart Copy on AO 2.1 and Smart Paste on DS 1.5, the objects available in the actual data source are only there on DS. The new column is not coming up. I will have to try on running both tools locally.
Firstly, does this work with versions AO 2.1 & DS 1.5?
Though I have seen a document about the same topic, the version used in that are AO 2.2 & DS 1.6

Problem Accessing SAP Jam
Not sure if this is the right space to discuss this issue, but I'm sure I'll hear back if it's not.
I received an invitation to an SAP Jam group. When I click on the invitation, I see an SAP Jam Log On logon screen (Powered by SAP Cloud Identity) with an expired s id in the User name box with a lock icon on the right side. I can't change the ID, and if I click on forgot password, it says "If an account exists, an email with a link to reset your password has been sent". The S ID has expired, and no emails were received. This is happening on a Windows 8.1 destop. I've tried deleting Windows temporary files, cookies and history, but still get the same behavior.
edit: The same thing happens if I try to log on to SCN from that machine.

Hi Arun,
If you mention recordset structure as Header,1,Detail,*,Footer,1 then entire file contains only one record set structure so the entire file will come as one message, You can mention the Recordsset structure as Detail,1 and give Recordsets per message as per your requirement then file adapter will split the file into multiple messages, check below FCC configurations.
In the mapping you can apply below logic to your Detail node then Header and Footer records are not part of target message.

SQL Anywhere Chip License Implementation
I am trying to help a customer make a purchase decision related to SQL Anywhere for their application.
They are considering purchasing a 2 CPU (12 core) Dell server with Win2012R2 and wish to run an application which will need around 20 user - with 5-8 simultaneously being the usual use.
We are considering a 1 Chip License for this system (SA 12 or 16) and want to know how the Chip License is implemented.
Does it occupy and lock all the threads and cores on that chip, (CPU) rendering the application processes only the use of the other CPU, or does it behave well, utilizing only threads on that chip on an as needed basis leaving it available for other thread activity.
For occasional and low volume activity for one or two databases should the 1 Chip License be sufficient? How would we know that the Chip limitation is seriously impacting the system's performance.
Also, if down the road we notice that Database throughput is limited, can you upgrade from a 1 chip to a 2 chip License.

Hi Karthik,
In general the terminated employee appears in the party roles in the transactions because that employee exists in Account as Responsible (or Any other Party Role).
You could try below approach:
- Business Partners Work center;
- Common Tasks > Mass Change Account Data;
- Select Accounts > Use the advanced search to select all accounts that have the deleted Employee with Person Direct Responsible ID filter;
- Add these accounts to the Worklist and click Next.
- Change accounts.
- Choose show Responsibilities.
- Enter the new employee ID in the green marked line.
- Filter by the ID of the Employee + Party Role.
- Select all lines.
- Remove the Filter.
- Apply the mass change to selected lines.
- Finish.

Try to push the EP system details in Solman SLD and sync the LMDB with SLD.
Once LMDB sync is done, try to run the Verification check for EP instance in LMDB, so it will give you the exact output based on the component available on the instance of EP.
Basically LDMB should detect all software component available in EP and should generate stack based on the same.

Silpi,
I have seen similar LOCK errors with Metadata Integrators after 2 upgrades (I am not clear from above where you found this error). I raised an SAP incident but after the last upgrade and thought it was fixed but after upgrading to IS 4.2 SP5, it happened again.
With integrators, unfortunately, the 'workaround' is currently to delete the integrator and recreate. This does lose history (and can take a while).
